Subscription and Cancellation Terms

1. Product and Service Description

We provide you with the following products and services:

1. StreamByte for Video

• Download videos from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, YouTube, HBO, and Hulu.
• Convert streaming videos to lossless MP4, MKV, or MOV formats.
• Remove DRM protection.
• Add hard/soft/external subtitles to all streaming videos.

2. StreamByte for Music

• Download music from Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Prime Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, and Pandora.
• Convert streaming music to MP3, WAV, FLAC, AIFF, M4A (AAC), and M4A (ALAC).
• Remove DRM protection.
• Rename and edit tracks or podcasts.
• Improve music quality to 320kbps.

2. Trial Terms:

We offer a free trial before you subscribe. During the trial period, you can use all of our trial features and services. Restrictions are as below:

• StreamByte for Video: Download the first 5 minutes of each video.

• StreamByte for Music: Download the first 3 minutes of a track.

3. Subscription Terms:

When you subscribe to StreamByte Software, your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Depending on the plan selected at checkout, you’ll be billed on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis, including applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew on the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until you choose to cancel.

By subscribing, you authorize StreamByte to securely store your payment method(s) and automatically charge it each billing period at the current plan rate, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST, if not included in the plan price), until you cancel.

StreamByte reserves the right to adjust subscription rates. If there is a rate change, StreamByte will notify you in advance and provide the option to cancel. Tax-inclusive prices may also be adjusted to reflect any changes in VAT, GST, or other tax rates.

4. Cancellation Terms:

To cancel your StreamByte Software subscription, you can send an email to support@streambyte.net. After cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current billing term. For monthly and yearly purchases, refunds are available for initial payments within 5 days. For Lifetime purchases, refunds are available for initial payments within 30 days. The refund policy does not apply to auto-renewal charges.

StreamByte may occasionally update these Subscription and Cancellation Terms, and by continuing your subscription, you agree to comply with the latest terms and any updates made.
