Try Free Version Before You Buy
In order to avoid dissatisfied user experience and refund problems after purchase, all of our programs have a 14-day free trial version. Try the free version before purchase should be noticed for all customers. There may be some limitations for the free trial version, but they won’t influence the general user experience. So before buying our programs, you can evaluate them carefully.
Refund Deadline
For non-subscription products, you have a refund guarantee within 30 days of payment.
For subscription packages, you have a refund guarantee within 5 days of payment.
Acceptable Refund Circumstances
We can accept a refund or exchange the product in the situations below:
- Purchased the wrong product from StreamByte, and then purchased the right product from StreamByte within 30 days.
- Purchased the same product twice or purchased two products with similar functions. In this situation, StreamByte will refund one of the products to you.
- The customer did not receive the registration code, and our support team failed to give a response back within 24 hours after inquiring us.
- StreamByte software has severe technical issues that our technical support team cannot solve within 30 days.
Unacceptable Refund Circumstances
We strongly hope that every customer can download the trial version first. According to our statistics, customers request a refund mostly because they lack information about the product. We won’t refund in the situations below:
- Lack knowledge about the products’ function and compatibility requirements.
(For example, a customer wants the Mac version but chooses to purchase the Windows version.) - Simply change mind or don’t want it after purchase.
- Does not upgrade StreamByte software when an update is available.
- No technical issues found in the software.
- Request a refund for technical issues, but never ask our support team for any assistance and provide a detailed description of the problem.
- We will try to fix the issue within 30 days since you reported. This requires your cooperation. If you don’t follow the steps requested by the support team and provide the requested additional information, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Exceed the refund deadline.
- Fail to receive the registration code for the product, but neither try our “Registration Code Retrieval” nor ask for assistance from our support team.
How to Make a Refund Request

- Refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
- Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated. Please uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
